The Pines at Show Low is governed by a Board of Directors, the Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations set forth in the Declaration of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's). Various State and Federal laws also effect governance. The Rules and Regulations are set forth to establish guidelines to assure owners, tenants, and their guests- a well regulated, beautiful, and pleasant place to live and vacation.

There have been a few sightings of a bear on the property. Please do not leave food and trash outside. I have contacted the Game and Fish department and they are aware of the situation. They suggested to keep everything clean and free of food sources. The bear only comes to places where there is a source of food.
Violations are being assessed for deck and balcony violations. Please keep your decks and balconies clean and free of trash. A 15 day notice will be given to clean up decks and balconies, after the 15 days there will be a fee of $50.00 assessed to the owner of the unit in question, if the problem persists. Please let tenants know that their decks and balconies need to be clean.
